I agree that you have created your account on 03/15/11 to bash this stock.

For your Information, the company has done the Forward split last time and not the R/S

Capital Change=shs increased by 7 for 1 split. Ex-date=06/17/2009. Rec date=06/08/2009. Pay date=06/16/2009.

Also no penny company will do a R/S with 600 million shares.
