VCTY will settle to it's support level, be it 0.0004 or 0.0003, and then bounce to 0.001+, that's how you trade, buy at support, sell at resistance, repeat the process until the share structure is exhausted, and then pick your next play, don't sit on a board on a board, and whine and complain.
