Will management shed the shell?

It does not matter if management will file for bankruptcy. If management do not care, do not respond, it would be the same for longs.

The fact here is, if CCME goes, management still get to keep his subsidiaries. Management have no incentive to defend vigorously.

If the shell is busted by shorts, shorts win.

Starr may be on their side.
