Don't be chicken, but don't get in today. Lacking any pr's before market open, this should be able to be bought at less than .03 in the first hour of trade tomorrow. That is when I will take a modest position of 100,000 shares just on a hunch that they are ready for some positive pr. Any positive pr could send this back up to .10 real quick.
