If he does not need them then for shareholder confidence it would be a great move for him to put his monies where his mouth is...remember Owens does not have a stink pink mentality and knows what kind of moves generates investor confidence...I see it as a very smart business move.

I think he would be reluctant to do it till all the waves in the ocean are more calm but think it is a very good move. He could always reissue a few if needed but as he has said he does not need to raise money.
