chazz...yes...the chart looks very healthy. Also the .50 .504 prints after close look very good ;)

When I've had the opportunity to watch trading the last couple of weeks...I've seen a rather solid climb...although more buying than selling as shown by the chart.

During the day the volume mix is good IMO with some buyers taking positions to hold for a time...the usual day trading/profit taking...and with the pull backs fom any profit taking, the s/p trading range has been making a new base...and then the cycle repeats. Higher highs...higher lows.

In addition to day trading...I'm sure some of the selling is shareholders taking out some (or all) of their original investment $s. Taking some profits along the way is a good thing...and riding "free" shares is a good thing. Of course there's going to be ups and downs.

I really don't think this upward move is anything to do with TS. I read a post today where somebody said TS was the reason for this s/p increase. As of 3:45 today...to my knowledge TS hasn't increased his NEOM buy in under .30 price. I think there's a good possibility he will be increasing his buy in under price target ;)

I've thought for months there was money waiting on the sideline to see how the Virgin issue was going to wash. I could be wrong...however...I think "some" of that money has been buying in since last week's court hearing.

My impression from what transpired in last week's court hearing...Virgin acquiesced...NEOM holds that patent right...and now Virgin will be making a settlement ($) with NEOM. Please understand...this is simply my impression. I'm sure you know there's been no official press release...so this is JMO.

I was comfortable several months ago with the Intel/NEOM news. I felt Intel's legal counsel saw the patent dispute the way I did...otherwise I don't think they would have formally announced their association. Naturally Intel's legal counsel has greater resources than I have. Also...further confirmation for me was in the last two or three NEOM press releases ie NEOM purchasing the additional patents, and last weeks' press release after the court hearing. JMO.

Also...IMO there's so much more potential/positives with NEOM (ie Word Registry, Check21, etc) than just this patent that's had the Virgin shadow over it. With (if) the Virgin settlement...I expect NEOM will be having a number of very positive press releases near term. Near term could be tomorrow or Monday or a month + away. JMO.

I am holding my long shares...up over 250% right now. I had a trading position for more than a year...however...when I sold them several weeks ago expecting a significant pull back...that significant pull back didn't happen. That's ok...I've had some nice trading profits. I am content to let my long shares ride.

I expect a pullback if we don't get news over the next 3 4 or 5 trading days. If such a "normal" pull back happens (not as a result of any negative news) I will add a few more shares, and wait for the positive news I expect to be hearing.

Several years ago I thought NEOM's IP was just a little ahead of its' time. The second wave of the www/technology revolution is wireless. IMO NEOM is in a great position for this second wave. Then there's the RFID side of NEOM.

There's shareholders here much more knowledgeable than me about all of NEOM's technology. You're probably one of them.

...and...I also think the auto paint division of NEOM is going to be interesting.

I've been waiting quite sometime for NEOM's conception. IMO...this is just the beginnning. I'm feeling quite positive ;)

Again...JMO.
