There are plenty of lawyers on this board however im not sure if any are versed in securities law. If Starr go after DTT and win, what are the possibilities of shareholders going after them? I know for me personally DTT's reputation was one of the reasons i invested in the 1st place. Not sure how it works in the US.
Clearly its a pointless exercise going after CCME as they probably dont have anything to pay out in a settlement. DTT however are another story. Any comments ?
