Etrade removed my shares from my account indicating that the company hasn't had a transfer agent in 6 years. Under DTC rules this apparently gives them the right to remove the shares from my account and not send me the certificates.

Yet, the stock is still trading today. I put in an order to buy, on ETRADE itself and it is an active buy order, which caused the bid to rise to .002.

So this is a very screwy deal. I am still trying to get to the bottom of it.
