Your post reflects an honest take on the situation. You are not telling people that all is good and this was a great move for the shareholders which it clearly is not.

My guess is that they only reversed the Outstanding Common. But we will see when the 8k hits.

The preffered does not really matter as it's Super Voting Stock.

There will never be a need to consult shareholders again unless the Capital Structure is revamped...I dont see that happening with the current control persons in place...
