Cause they Changed CEO who used to be CEO of EDGAR ONLINE

John M. Connolly, is our new ceo. Heacted as interim president of EDGAR® Online, Inc. (NASDAQ: EDGR since September 30, 2010. Till March 8 2011. Look at EDGR's Stock. It went from .75cent when the took over to $1.50Plus after he left and came to Princeton REVU.
