HotrodHans: Please read my previous post. I was completely on target in my claim that Boyer's APS did not have some sort of "certification" to sell products to airlines. They didn't and don't.

I called Bill Boyer about this early on and he refused to give me an answer. He hemmed and hawed and refused to answer. He sounded like Robert Putnam when he does not want to give the facts.

The fact is that there is no generic "certification" to sell products to airlines as both he and e.Digital implied that APS had.

Boyer showed 3 products on his old web site that he supposedly sold. One was a belt loader nose that was the brainchild of an Alaska Air manager, another was a cargo door sheild and the last was a kevlar cockpit shield.

When I contacted Shaw Aero (http://www.shawaero.com/devicehomepage.htm) I found that the designs for the belt loader nose and cargo door shield had been sold to them. However only the belt loader nose had any demand. They did not know of any takers of the kevlar cockpit sheild and they did not license it. As far as they knew it went nowhere.

The fact is that all of my earlier posts about APS were on the mark and no one can give any factual dispute.

Even though his previous Aircraft Protective Systems Inc. was not a seller of products shown on the website, Boyer did have a ground-breaking idea with his digEplayer concept.

It seems that Ray Henson steired him to e.Digital and against the odds, he made a huge impact in the IFE market.

However, now that Wencor has purchased this small private entity, e.Digital's role in now in question.
