My target for buying IMHO is @ .035 to .04 but don't be greedy as any slight uptrend I also recommend buying to because its not going to come back down to this level anymore after the filing is done also the company being at advanced states of building there Websites as well as there adveritisers or affiliates (whatever you want to call them).
