If you have the inclination and desire, please organize aggrieved common Quasar shareholders, engage a securities attorney firm with the intent of launching a " civil damages suit " against individual(s) who appear to have defrauded Quasar shareholders.

I will contribute $1000.00-2000.00 myself. If fifteen to thirty disgruntled Quasar common shareholders have funds to contribute to this action and the above amount can be achieved, I believe a reasonable sum of monies will be available to commence such action.

I know it is distasteful to put good money after bad. I also fully expect no recovery of monies for my wayward Quasar speculation. However, I do believe in justice. Bring those responsible for deceptions and security laws violations into a court of law and force these individuals to defend themselves!

The criminal prosecutions are not within legitimate Quasar shareholders' domain of action, though at this time, we appear to be adequately presenting our case to Legal Enforcement Organizations.

My gratitude for your sensible posts but at this time, I do believe 'civil' action is required to take the 'offensive'.
