first i am not against the merger and in fact think it is a good route

second, i have less to lose in all honesty as i have not been paid back and if a new company comes in i will have a better chance of being paid back....i have offered to sell my notes which from my experience are enforceable

but, lets be honest, what do you know about centaflix and why is it sacrosanct to ask for a business plan including financials and bios on managment....

what is wrong with wanting to know what qasar has in terms of assets and liabilities and why dont others including centaflix want to know....and do they know what they are getting.....no they dont from what i have learned by joining the debate in the last month or weeks
