There is no way to tell at this point if ETrade is guilty of NSS'ing EIGH.

Sorry you are wrong, I have requested my certs for EIGH and they dont have them, so thats one strike, 2nd strike is that EIGH is not DRS nor DTC registered = meaning the stock can not trade electronically, and 3rd when comparing volume to from ETMM during the suspension on EIGH til now, it has risen dramatically suggesting NITE could not hold most of the load anymore and needed assistance....The whole thing stinks...I realize NITE is the one with the largest trading volume but for ETMM to appear out of nowhere and all of a sudden start trading stock as if there are real shares out there is just nieve for anyone to think at this point....So the truth is out there, all you have to do is look.....So I refuse to think that ETMM (ETRADE) is not in trouble.....Time will tell for sure....My gut says ETRADE is guilty!
