Mike and admiral you both have a good point. Yes, there are the warrants from the last private placement. But there is also no debt so yes we will see dilution but have no debt. The financials will show that we have cash and thats good too.

Our operational cash has allowed us to get where we are to start production, so I see it as a necessary evil that isn't that evil as we would have been non-operational without cash. If the warrants are exercised then we have more cash to buy more items to dredge and make more money. Sure the PPS will be effected slightly but IMO it is not the end of the world especially if you are LONG.

What you may not know is there is currently another private placement to raise further money. I stress that the money earned is being used to further our efforts to dredge! This is no pump and dump. At some point we will need a certain share structure if we are to jump from the OCTBB to say NYSE or other big boy boards. As long as they do not go crazy on the share structure and we find half of what they say then we will be in great shape! glta
