I can see people being unhappy with it but I don't think it will impact the share price much. SNEY is so close to production that the results will have a much large impact then 7% dilution.

Right now we need to see what they can produce and even if they choose to add an additional 100m shares on top of those warrants, the results of operations will be the driving force and not dilution.

I think we need to keep an eye on the operations more then an eye on warrants or OS (unless they add numerous 100m shares). I think we will have a better idea in about 30-60 days, of were the share price is heading.
