Once the docket comes out confirming what we assume, and our assumption is correct, I would say instantly the stock goes to $7/$8 per share specifically b/c of the only 53 million outstanding and the past mentioned calculations of shares being held etc.
I think once Tricadia was mentioned as buyer some investment firms or bigger investors decided it was time to get in.
