Thats better than what I was thinking. I found it in the August 20 2010 8-K. Thanks for pointing that out.

From what I've read/understand in the filings, at least they dont seem to be blatantly trying to *^%$ people over with their own compensation and such. I guess I'll just hope for positive, completed acquisition news soon for BRZL.
