Nice tbirdman. And this quote by the CEO is why I like the "B" in BRIC investing here:

"we expect to benefit from spending associated with the infrastructure build-out to support the World Cup and the Olympics which will be hosted in Brazil in 2014 and 2016"

I think more and more US investors will begin to see Brazil as an attractive investment place due to their recent economic performance during a global recession as well as the World Cup and Olympics exposure they'll be getting in the next 3-5 years.
