I don't think the majority of wood will be chipped on site. Some will. Most of the wood chips will arrive by truck where they back onto ramps. The ramps are then raised to around 45 degrees and the chips fall out. There may be difficulties unloading chips from rail cars in a timely manner, but that's just a guess.
