To remark to each of your points, here is my point of view:

(1) Pebble has no roads, either.
(2) NAK has all the equipment needed, e.g, helicopter & rig
(3) NAK/HDI are capable of handling multiple projects at once
(4) LBSR is seeking partners for the drilling.
(5) Language in most option earn-in agreements have a time element
(6) NAK has drilled 5 cores on purchased claims and Bonanza Hills was ZTEMed.

My opinion is that the 6 years in the option earn-in agreement is typical language used as a precaution in case something gets in the way. I truly doubt the 6 years will be used. It's only language, however, if that amount of time is needed in certain cases, then I suppose the language is something to consider. I personally take light of the 6 years, myself.

Another reason I see drilling coming soon would be for gathering large partners together. You have to remember that the Big Chunk Super Project is huge . . . much bigger than Pebble. Then you have the North Block and bonanza Hills, too. Here is my point: if partners like NAK/HDI are consolidating the Big Chunk caldera as is now being presumed, drilling must be done first before a project can be priced. And how can you have a valuable mining project to attract big money if there is no drilling? The whole purpose of the option earn-in agreement is to have money for drilling. Do you really think that Mr. Briscoe is willing to wait 6 years before the ore is proven? I think not.

Another point to make is the option earn-in agreement includes a third party, when found. Again, what third party would not want to see drilling right away.

In summary, as ZTEM was done on Bonanza Hills almost immediately after NR-95 was released, it leaves me to assume that NAK/HDI will not take their time in proving LBSR claims. Again, enough proven core samples will aid in large financing just as was done at Pebble when Anglo-American decided to fund Pebble with 1.5 billion.

My opinions don't always pan out. I was thinking that drilling would start in March. What do I know? I was also thinking that the pps would be .10 in March. It looks as if I might be wrong.
