Chuck, has dorsey had continued conversation with jb? I continue to wonder if there is a common goal between cprksa and jb. Although the judge has had judgements that enable commons to hold out hope, and ultimately holds the power.......jb is the current ceo and holds the power to negotiate and offer the por, not the the cprksa. Please tell me I am missing something. If jb is sitting on the sidelines and having someone else front the money for the leases, up-keep and por research, the money he is getting would be better served paying the bills through the process. I agree with others on the board that we have heard almost nothing from jb. Which is not as it should be. Which brings me to the next question. Is there the ability to switch ceo in the middle of a chapter 11? The bod elected him. can the shareholders force an vote thru a legal judgement. Although I wish for everyone that cprk get out of chapter 11 soon, we might still be here for awhile. Sorry rambling.
