Ok, while that's interesting (and I'm surprised I didn't really pick up on it discussed here much), it still doesn't explain why the 60 million shares are not accounted for in the 2010 10-k.

If FAB is now First Inland Bank, then why isn't FIB listed as the stockholder? Or if it's the Nigerian central bank regulator then why isn't that regulatory body listed?

I mean where's the 60 million shares now?
