On the OTC market, only the seller prints. The buyer never prints. That is the rule of the tape. If you see "buys" that on your own trading platform, it is only a function of simplistic software that is showing you that a trade went off at the ask as opposed to the bid. It has nothing to do with buyers vs sellers.

In reality, for any trade to take place, buys or sells, there has to be two sides to the transaction--a buyer and a seller.
