Hmm bid $ .054 and ask $ .11

Looks like the buyers are getting wise with the bid dropping to $ .054

Hey when the insides start dumping millions of their penny a share converted shares even the slowest of the slow start to catch on.

You want to buy from us its $ .11 a share. You want to sell to us? We pay $ .054 a share, or less than 50% of what its being sold to you at.

Bid would have to double to almost get to the ask price.

Only about 413,000,000 shares left to get from the insiders.

Buy at $ .11 . sell at $ .054.

Even Jethro Bodine can't make those numbers work.

Maybe Tony can solve this riddle at his and Bernies show on March 22,

"If I buy some of the insiders' 419 million penny shares at $ .11 and the market bid has already dropped to less than half that at $ .054 with only about 6 million of the insiders shares dumped this month, how as an investor could this be a good thing to do?"

I'll bet Tony's response will be something like hey its not what the present situaton is on the stock price its what it will be worth when this company's sales explode and the stock price shoots up and stays up. Sure Tony just like all your other companies MEMI, CBMC, MCET, VOIC, BPTR, GSTY, and MTCH eh. and if they were going to be worth more in future, why are insiders dumping millions of their penny shares now. Why not wait until the big money shows up?

Maybe it will be addressed at the OXIS stockholders annual meeting if not at the conference call on Tuesday.. Uh when was that again, my memory is failing me on when and where that is to occur.

Perhaps a 58 year old, successful movie producer, who used to play in the band Chicago in the 1970's can answer that question on Tuesday. Sadly no one with those credentials will be talking on the conference call.

Catch the Tony and Bernie show this Tuesday. Can't wait to see the transcription of the conference call.
