well here we are, the company needs money, so what do they do?

DILUTE the living chit outta the stock and screw ALL holders.

Here is the reality I see, now that there are more shares out there than folks know what do do with

Now that we are only 1 tick away from the bottom

then the no bid situation

then the R/S

only makes sense for what has transpired with this stock

Robert, did you make sure YOU gave the 3rd party many preferred's?

I bet you did, current holders will get reversed and the 3rd party that YOU get money from will be the only one left with free trading shares?

Maybe in the next game of mucical chairs, we can have a fair shot?
