Seems to me that we have two types of folks on this board those who want this to succeed and those who have given up.

I see both sides and it was a healthy debate and now has become personal against a few people.

ICOA will fail or succeed on what it does and not what we assume will happen, good or bad.

Buy or sell is the actions you need to be doing based on your personal feeling on this stock. I personally will hold for the next PR and then base its substance on to sell my position or add to it.

Lets all hope ICOA comes through with some of its previous PR'S, which I agree we are way over due for.

I personally see my holdings will double in the short term but that remains to be seen.
