Question droll on that one, which looks good:

Is not the difference between AS and OS =
restricted shares. If it is a small number it
usually is no big deal, but here it is almost
15,000,000 shares........if I am right about
this scenario.

That would mean those shares were either used
to raise capital or gift shares???
