JUNP~ looks correct and coincident with the reconcile (buying back) since A/D line still intact upward and no dip. Many of the 4's were prolly 5s buys in disguise as 00048-9s (and they got recorded as 4s in L2) imvho.

Party's/brokers/mm's involved still made out a bit imvho but this was not dumping according to the chart. Some retailer shifting but that action was absorbed in the buyback imvho. What will be left to discover now is the condition of investor confidence as no doubt it has been shaken. Unfortunate timing now but nothing that can't be healed eventually imvho.
