Why don't several posters understand this statement, sentence. Cost of services is what they are providing to the customer. Here I'll try and explain it. If a plumber goes out and fixes your toilet and charges you $100.00, that is his cost to you for his services. If 95% of that is revenue, he is making $95.00. Why are some of you trying to make this complicated?
