I talked with TMSH's Doug Johnson this afternoon for 35 minutes.

First, sorry it took so long to give the Info. I went to my son's BB game and just got home.

I have seen complete flip flop answers about the TA. I thought I would help clean them up.

I asked directly if the TA was gagged. "NO"

" I know she is busy doing what we asked her to do. We are very concerned that some people have not been able to freely trade. The TA and TMSH do not understand why everyone can not still trade freely. I asked why?

He said that when they did the CUSIP change there was not a symbol change. They also did not request for new certs either. So all the certs that the brokers have should be free trading. They are looking deeper into the matter (TA and TMSH).

I do not remember the exact numbers but I do have them written down at work. And I will post them tomorrow or Sunday. There has been some changes. They retired some shares again. (not a lot) again will post numbers when I get to my office on Sat or Sunday after Church.
