ET&T, offers VoIP services, has its main offices in Madrid Spain and points of presence in the UK, USA, Colombia, Argentina and Ecuador.

Invicta Group Board Elects to Spin Off ISIP Telecom Inc. and Offer Stock Dividend to its Shareholders.

MIAMI BEACH, Fla., July 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Invicta Group Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: IVGA) announces today that its board of directors has elected to spin off ISIP Telecom Inc. and offer a subsequent dividend to its shareholders.

The Board elected to spin off ISIP Telecom to take advantage of the multi- billion dollar telecom industry. The subsequent shareholder dividend is expected to be announced with a record date for Invicta Group shareholders later this month.

ISIP Telecom provides users the ability to make telephone calls worldwide via the Internet (Voice over Internet Protocol) with clear reception at very low rates. ISIP will soon be offering its services to the travel industry and has already entered into interconnection agreements with major operators in the U.S., Europe and Latin America via VoIP and PSTN for traffic termination and origination. Primary focus initially is in the South and Central American markets.
