in2it, you seem quite informed. I never quite bought the Stoll-Cortex-Victim SCV theory completely, although I tried to convince myself of it... it never quite took. There is more to the FDA story than will ever know, or will be revealed. Like the LAPD handling of the Black Dahlia murder, it's best to leave shoddy police work in some 1950 era filling cabinet collecting dust somewhere. Nuff said.

On the other side of the equation, much was made of Roger's wit and wisdom in renegotiating back North American rights from the clutches of Servier. I'm sure Servier has not forgotten their treatment at the hands of Stoll and company(but that's just a hunch on my part). To recall the good Mr. Dylan, 'you don't look so proud having to scrounge your next meal' and all that.

Maybe, Roger's pulled a two-fer, but seeking the trifecta? First, antagonize the one pharma ready and willing to work with you, next antagonize the FDA with your brilliance.
