How do large funds make a purchase like that on the open market??? Do MM's accumulate all they can over a period of time for an agreed upon sell price? Would the MMs work to keep the price lower in order to accumulate to fill the order? I'm pretty clueless as to how all of this works, but if there has been pressure on the stock for this reason, then maybe we head up from here.
