Penny stocks are about speculation and buying conviction/momentum. You will see stocks go up 400% on speculation that turned out later to be a fake PR or something. PSPW is different because after reading the DD this truly is a gem and I totally believe in it. But yeah, once people's eyes get on this after a PR or something the buying will push this well past a dollar imo. Good luck
