Like the low volume today - means that the vicious selling & dilution may have halted for the moment. Hopefully VCTY is out of shares to sell and will not dilute it's shares further.

Does this OTCVerify involve reducing VCTY's OS/AS and providing shareholders with the current float? Does it actually detail what VCTY is doing with (if any profits exist) the profit from the sale of a 3 million in revenue company for 800 million shares of another stock that is not trading very well at the moment.
