Notwithstanding the prior comment (and applause), the shares are over valued. The company has myriad of liabilities, no performing assets, the merger is far from done, we still know little about Centaflix, but sensing revenues between $1-$3 million, a likely settlement with Bradley/Canouse will cause some more dilution from 25% piece of pie, and Mineseeker is still a pipe dream.
