Who says that he broke the law? Wallace? We’ve been hearing for a while now about what he should or what Wallace is going to do, but it’s all hype because nothing ever happens. It’s interesting that the same skepticism that is shown to Martins PR’s is never applied to the Wallacespeak.

Martin has produced relationships and is executing his plan as promised. Wallace is all talk and no action.

You still didn’t answer the question of mine. Without electing officers, what else do you want out of a share holder meeting?
