I took it exactly opposite, and I think it was a great post by Investor31....

"We know exactly what is going inside SRSR because of what the management told us and because of the activity or lack of activity in SRSR. We know that there is no activity at the Niobium Deposit. Management told us that it was going to concentrate activities in the corporate sector. There is no activity at the Niobium deposit because management already knows what is there. Arthur Conan Doyle told us that when we eliminate the unfeasible we are left with the solution no matter how unlikely that solution. There must be excellent good news waiting at the Niobium deposit. No matter how much I like SRSR, I know that it is an extremely poor company. It has no money. What would prompt management to stop exploration, seen to give up all hope, and go running about hobnobbing among corporate associates. SRSR has something valuable to sell and is looking for a corporate marriage of sorts to obtain the money or the muscle to develop the claim. SRSR cannot issue new stock because one wouldn't want to issue stock with a price of .03 a share. SRSR is too poor to develop anything but management feels it has something of sufficient value to attract a partner or financier. This will take time. Any prospective partner will want terms greatly favoring the new partner. SRSR wants terms greatly favoring SRSR. I think that the pending news is good enough to eventually provide the basis for this partnership. However, there is going to have to be a great deal of financial dancing before a financial marriage can occur. If there is nothing to sell why would SRSR be looking for someone to buy. Anyone buying would first want to ascertain the beauty and worth of the bride."
