Lesnshawn - Thanks for the insight. So does Virgin have their own application similar to Paperclick? If so, is that similar to say Microsoft's IE and Netscape - both having an application that serves the same purpose? I guess the key is that Neom has the patent on the process and that is what they are fighting for in court? BTW, how long do these patents run (17 yrs?) I'm surprised that no company had thought of that process before and tried to patent it.

Even if we get a favorable settlement and say Virgin has agreed to pay for damages and a royalty fee going forward, does that really establish a precedant for others to follow since it wasn't an official ruling? What to say another company won't come in and do what Virgin did and force neom to take them to court? Just playing devil's advocate here(maybe an ignorant one)... but I do have more invested in this stock right now than any investment I ever had in the past and I hope this thing becomes the next google like many of you.
