I was expecting something more than a repeat of the SBLC game. A quick review on US Capital Funding shows its no better than Fox Bank. I'll bet anyone $1 that Newby/Sinha are behind this - it's the same paper they're using with another company.

This supposed trillion dollar fund (there are only about 20 institutions worldwide with a trillion of assets, and they are well known names), I've never heard of 30 years in banking. I can't find any mention of the fund/trust/company like this rated by S&P.

The website, new searches don't provide information, board members, executives, new release that one would certainly find for a large entity. Also, didn't see job postings in IT and other places that usually pop up on google search. What is unique, is that this company advertises on facebook. Even the laudatory posts seem contrived. I can't confirm membership with FINRA, state banking, state finance - any of the usual regulatory bodies, or attendance at conferences and speaking engagements.

In short - its an air ball. Sorry for BGMO shareholders, HH hasn't changed.

Regarding the litigations - are the Platinum and Camofi different litigations? They are both about $4 million against HH and BGMO.
