I think that its positive for the company to enter in an agreement with a real company. The terms of the deal are very vague. Overall, I think that this is a step in the right direction. I would rather have seen a 10Q or the 10K filed. The timing of the release was shitty also, I think that being on the greysheets has stopped a nice run for us. But long-term this 8K definitely makes us feel a little better.
