Feb 23 it downlisted along with a whole bunch of other former OTCBB stocks. It had to do with the MM not filing the proper paperwork. Some people claimed on here it was a technicality and it would be back on OTCBB soon, I knew that was BS.

It looks like this will be a non-filing foreign company traded in the US on the Pink Sheets. Why even bother with the R/S? Very odd. Any stock purchases from here is a gamble.
