Indeed this strange , last week , every time I wanted to buy , it filled instantly as I entered the buy order , just this afternoon today first day MMs are hesitant to sell , they fill partial and go up with the ask , and I was able to sell at the ask as well ( Test tading) ..so some thing strange here , kind of stand off and MMs acting as if they were waiting for something !!!
