They do have a relationship with the federal government, and they have had government contracts. However, they have been starved for cash for several years, and the CEO has put out some ridiculously aggressive (and usually incomprehensibly garbled) press releases. A few of them made the stock price spike, in 2007-2009, but virtually nothing that Carnahan ever projected has turned out to be correct.
