Evert: Market Makers see that on level III ( Not Level II) , and noteholders / company will be willing to sell far bellow the bid you see on L2 ( Short Sellers know that too) , MM know that , they cant post it !! only way to get even and counter this is by NOT BUYING at any PPS ..I been there , done that ..BEWARE !!!!
