Has anyone seen this site about NSS?

If you look under "Trade Signals", you will see Mark Cuban's name mentioned as a Short Seller. I didn't know that he was a well known Short Seller, but I did read something that he wrote basically denying the existance of NSS in the marketplace...hmmm???
