Plz check we hold "UWBK" stock = UWBK holding company stock or just belong to "UWBK BANK stock"???

If we just hold the bank's stock, UWBK worth "nothing" now =$00000
because FDIC has been seized it.

But if we hold the whole company stock: it's 3 subsidiaries' value worth more than $90 million......than PPS will be $3/pps for common shareholders.

According to the following statement I am sure we hold the holding company stock and we hold the "gold", right?
