I don't know how anyone gives credibility to any forecast for a company like PPHM.

It's not like forecasting an IBM or a BAC, where there are reasonable and plausible projections that can be made.

PPHM is a different kettle of fish altogether. One announcement that could come at any time, could make or break the company. There just is no way to forecast these test results - the DTRA contract being a case in point - and the results are likely to blow any forecast out of the water, in either of two directions. For my money, any forecast of "$10/share" isn't worth the paper it's printed on.
